We aim to ensure every patient is satisfied who visits Burton Dental Care, however we always welcome any feedback and constructive criticism to help improve our service to our patients.

  • If you have experienced a problem with any aspect of your treatment at our practice, please book an appointment to discuss your concerns with your dentist. We will try our best to help and offer a solution to rectify any problems.
  • You can use the comment form on our feedback page if you wish to leave a public comment, review, or testimonial.
  • Anonymous comments and feedback can be left via the form on our anonymous feedback page.
  • Should you wish to make a formal complaint, then please contact Mohammed Al-Himdani (by phone, email or post) who will be able to deal with your complaint and provide details of our complaints procedure. Alternatively you can obtain a written copy of the procedure by asking at reception.
